Destination Fish Manteo, North Carolina – Pirate’s Cove recently awarded a three-year contract to Cabin Fever Communications (CFC), who will represent its 13,000 sq. ft. event pavilion. CFC will assume responsibility for managing all events headquartered at the Pirate’s Cove Pavilion, including weddings, corporate functions, holiday events, family and military reunions, boat shows, concerts/performances, trade shows, etc.

Its casual yet elegant Outer Banks marina setting is in close proximity to hotels, restaurants and area attractions and is an ideal location for all types of events. Outstanding amenities include full or partial enclosures for cool weather events, on-site parking, built-in bar and commercial grade ice machine, risers for staging and new commercial grade white folding chairs, round tables and banquet tables available on-site for rental.

The scenic location is available year-round except from July 15 - August 31st due to Pirate’s Cove Big Game Events. CFC also manages the 2009 Pirate’s Cove Big Game Tournaments, which includes the 6th annual Dare County Boat Builders Challenge (July 23-26), 20th annual Alice Kelly Memorial “Ladies Only” Billfish Tournament (August 8-9) and the 26th annual Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament (August 10-14).
